  • If a service provider cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

2.2 User Cancellations

  • Users can cancel their booking through their MyClassi account.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the service provider.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
